This machine is a multi-function cutting machine, mainly used to cutting various kinds of foods snacks. Before cutting, in order to keep the final product surface flat, we also have the pressing roller machine to press the product to get the smooth and flat product. The cutting machine can automatic position and turn to achieve automatic cube cutting, no need manual control again. This machine adopts the chain to drive the mold tray to move forward to pass the cutting device. Every mold will match with the blade size according to customer final product bar size requirement. So this machine not only can be used to cut commonly food snacks , also can be used to cut the sticky food and snacks. The machine adopts high quality stainless steel material, which can be used for food product and meets food hygiene and safety.

Machine features:

1. The press roller machine width is customized according to customer raw product size width, the pressing thickness can be adjusted.

2.The machine standard mold pan size is 400*600mm, user can use make the raw product size according to our mold size. Also if you have to use your own size, we also can customized the mold tray size for you according to your needs. (Mold material is the food grade nylon) The mold edge has the groove to match with the cutting blade, which make this machine can suitable for many different characters product.

3.The mold pan will move forward which is driven by the chain. Mold tray two sides has the guide bar to control the mold pan moving direction.

4. At the two cutter device turn corner, the machine is equipped with the photoelectric eye; which will control the mold pan turn automatically and then move forward to the second cutting device.

5. The cutting blade all is made of stainless steel, which is durable and sharpen, can be used for different product cut.

6. when the product finish two times cutting, the final small even size bar will be get. In order to make the final mold can be take out easily, the machine can be customized with mold top-pusher device.
